Why run an event in Poland?

Do I need to fly in for site visits?
No. We send pre-negotiated venue shortlists with video walkthroughs, floor plans and sample menus. You fly in for the final pick or skip it entirely.
Who handles invoicing and contracts?
One contract with us in EUR, USD or PLN. We handle all sub-vendor contracts, deposits, VAT and reconciliations on your behalf.
What about language?
Default is English for staff and event materials. We provide live PL-EN interpretation if you have local attendees, and full localization of the event app.
